We are pleased to announce the expansion of our in-house legal and risk management team with the addition of David J. Klippert as General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. Previously, Klippert served as �������ϲʿ����������ͼ’s primary outside legal counsel.�� ����

“The firm has entrusted Dave with many of its clients in the past, and we are thrilled to welcome him fully to the �������ϲʿ����������ͼ team to serve exclusively as in-house counsel,” said Stacie Kwaiser, CEO of �������ϲʿ����������ͼ. “As part of our executive management team, Dave will serve as an advisor to our board, owners, and associates, and will strengthen our growing legal team and our client relationships.”��

Dave comes to �������ϲʿ����������ͼ following a successful career spanning over 28 years in private practice, where he handled legal matters ranging from sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, to successfully defending his client’s property rights in a case he argued in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals. Prior to joining �������ϲʿ����������ͼ, Klippert spent over eight years as a partner with Warner Norcross + Judd focusing on corporate and transactional work, as well as estate and succession planning advice. Before joining Warner, Dave was the Managing Partner of a Saginaw based law firm where he practiced for 20 years.�� In his new role with �������ϲʿ����������ͼ, he will be leading the in-house legal team and coordinating all team members and services under a single department.��

An active member in his community, Klippert served on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years and is currently a Trustee for the Bay Area Community Foundation.����
