As �������ϲʿ����������ͼ’s first female CEO, Stacie is dedicated to transforming the associate and client experience by focusing on innovation, training and technology. Leveraging her passions for culture and innovation, Stacie continues to advance the execution of the firm’s long-term strategic plan.

Stacie ensures �������ϲʿ����������ͼ is committed to developing successful leadership programs and providing mentorship opportunities for each of our associates, so we can deliver the best possible client service. She prioritizes adapting the firm’s culture to meet the needs of the future.

Experience

Stacie joined the �������ϲʿ����������ͼ audit team in 1996 and has always had a passion for client service and associate and team development. She brought that dedication to her leadership roles as regional assurance department lead, assurance executive committee member, and regional managing principal. She most recently served as �������ϲʿ����������ͼ’s first female COO from 2016-2022.

Stacie has been involved in the development of the firm’s leadership programs and serves as a sponsor and mentor to many �������ϲʿ����������ͼ associates. Stacie also serves as the executive sponsor of the �������ϲʿ����������ͼ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council and has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s culture and values.

• Stacie was named one of Crain’s 2020 Notable Women in Finance, an award based on career accomplishments, track record of success in the field and more.
• Previously serving on �������ϲʿ����������ͼ’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) Council, Stacie has been recognized for going above and beyond in support of women’s career advocacy in the firm.
• Committed to professional organizations, Stacie completed two terms on the Board of the MICPA and currently serves on a task force for the AICPA.
• Stacie was selected for the DBusiness 2016 Powered by Women list, as one of eight metro Detroit women who hold leading positions in their organization.
